Onboard products can be achieved by two methods:
Inventory stock count process only impact the balance sheet and profit and loss report by adding inventory to the balance sheet and crediting the inventory adjustment line in the profit and loss report. Click HERE to go to the stock count process
The purchase module which requires processing supplier invoices into the software which effectively updates the supplier account with the activity and balance outstanding and also update the inventory.
Onboarding Products using the Purchasing module
Start by adding suppliers. To onboard new products it is possible to create a supplier as your company name.
Onboard products fully paid by processing the Cash Purchase and Payment module system.
Product quantities and cost are automatically updated when these transactions are processed.
Expense approval settings as defined in the setup configuration is required to be updated to use this module
