Start by Navigating to Cost Accounting then on left menu select the options required

Manage Customers - Create and manage Customers. View Transaction history
Create Sales Order & Invoice - Create sales orders and customer invoices
Print Picking Lists - print product sales packaging and shipment
View Outstanding Orders - View outstanding sales orders for conversion to invoices
Create Credit Note - Adjust invoices to amend products. This will impact total customer outstanding balance
Enter Customer Payments - Manually add payments received from customers
Allocate Customer Payments - allocate customer payments to multiple invoices
