Sales Menu in Cost Accounting

Start by Navigating to Cost Accounting then on left menu select the options required

Menu explanation

  • Manage Customers - Create and manage Customers. View Transaction history

  • Create Sales Order & Invoice - Create sales orders and customer invoices

  • Print Picking Lists - print product sales packaging and shipment

  • View Outstanding Orders - View outstanding sales orders for conversion to invoices

  • Create Credit Note - Adjust invoices to amend products. This will impact total customer outstanding balance

  • Enter Customer Payments - Manually add payments received from customers

  • Allocate Customer Payments - allocate customer payments to multiple invoices
